We do not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of any peptides, drugs, or controlled substances. We do not provide medical advice. The Platform is not a marketplace.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Peptides listed under research vendors are sold by those vendors for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption. Compounding pharmacy listings require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any compound.

4. Accuracy of Information

Listings, ratings, reviews, and vendor/pharmacy details on the Platform are community-sourced, publicly researched, or self-reported by vendors. We make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free. Verification badges, when displayed, indicate that a manual review process has been completed — they do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of product quality. Always verify information directly with the vendor or pharmacy.

5. User Reviews

Users may submit reviews of vendors and pharmacies. By submitting a review, you represent that your review is based on genuine experience, is truthful, and does not contain defamatory, threatening, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any review at our discretion. Do not include personal health information, personally identifiable information of others, or confidential medical details in reviews.

All content, design, logos, and code on the Platform are the property of Valitide and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Use the Platform at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valitide and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
